this band was one of the top jump jive and swing bands of the 1980s .I played in support band on a few of there gigs and the recording your hearing is them. and they sounded just as good and as tight when they played live .the guitarist pete davenport I think is his name and ricky brawn was the drummer .I don't know if there still on the 50s circuit ,they played japan a few years back ,still big over there I believe but I don't know if the line up has changed ,were all getting older lol ,I was 20 in 1982 and I guese these lads were about the same age so were all knocking on 60 now lol great times and great band but its not the louis prima version dubbed over this video ,that's the way they sounded ...cheers.also if you like it check out rocket ship to the moon and aint nobody here but us chickens.bye.
