Both these guards were very inconsistent let some stand in the box and not say word than decide to say something and single one person out. This is the reason this happens, if you allow one than others follow! And if you can’t do your duties and follow what the rules are and clearly marked the guards don’t need to be in the box, makes the entire unit look weak and presents a bad image. If you can’t do that simple duty it is a clear reflection of what other duties you wouldn’t follow! You think with so many cameras you try at least to show leadership so you don’t end up looking completely incompetent or just don’t care with videos showing how little you represent your unit on the internet!
