Don't worry, just install the latest python and make sure to pay attention during the installation. You will see "Add python to my path" option. All you have to do is to check it while installing the python. And your python path will be set automatically
Maybe manually changing the path can help. use this command in the terminal: cd full_path And then press enter. I haven't used code blocks, but I think this might help

@@binarylover well, it's better not to use space tho. Cause in that way you can even use code runner extension to run your file in one click

It's perfectly normal. C file compile hone ke baad .exe file Banta hai. Aur actually ke .exe file run hota hai terminal me, naa ki .c file
