For those who are trying to solve this problem, they must check that bin folder contains gcc file or not because in my situation I got two bin folder one is in minGW and another in the minGW32.

I commented this above. If you are still having the issue, make sure to give this a shot as it would not work for me without doing this:
The path has to be EXACTLY "C:\mingw64\bin". My install had created an additional folder called "msys64" it WILL NOT WORK if the mingw64 folder is not directly on the C drive. You cannot have any extra steps in the file path.

why because in my case after doing from this tutorials error was still there so Min GW par dubara gaya waha par dekha ki aur bhi gcc files thi install krne ke liye maine vo sari installation pr laga di after that again bin me jake copy krke paste kiya as shown in video

Hi Harry A lot of people having issues with gcc: I have already added the path into the environment but still getting the same issue. I just believe there must be some sort of bug in the gcc. would you refer to an alternative CodeBlocks etc ?

For anyone who has tried the steps mentioned in the video but still unable to fix issue, here I am suggesting some methods which might be helpful.
1) Make sure the path doesn't contain any white space i.e. blanks. Use underscore if you want to rename source files.
2) If your 'environment variable' screen doesn't show you "new" button after you click on EDIT, just put a semicolon(;) and then paste the file name in the space provided and click on OK.
3) If your problem has been solved in cmd prompt but not in VS CODE, try saving your project, then restarting VS Code.

If when you press the button "edit" and your screen isn't as similar as his meaning his path is written in ascending order and if yours is in a single line then all you have to do is add a ' ; ' and then paste the path and you are good to go 👍👍

HERE IS THE SOLUTION FOR THOSE WHO ARE FACING PROBLEM: 1)Most probably u made another folder with the folder where u have used "Open with code". In your vs code terminal page , see if the pretext is written as " PS I:\coding>" ( coding is the folder name that i have given, now if u made another folder within the coding folder u need to right click on the folder name ( on the left top side) and press " OPEN WITH INTEGRATED TERMINAL" . Now if u type the command again , most probably it will work . NOW IF R STILL FACING PROBLEM THEN FOLLOW THIS 2)U need to click on this symbol " v " which on looks like this "+ v" on the top right corner of the terminal box . Then select COMMAND PROMPT . Now u need to select the place where u saved the coding folder (if no folder is made within the folder, then leave it as it is , if folder made then type "cd codes" (codes is the 2nd folder name)).Then type the command "gcc test.c -o run" press enter , type"run". The code should run . (u dont need to type " while writing the command. i used them just to diff from the rest) MAY THIS HELP U , same this will for c++ also , just replace gcc with g++
