The Instinct 2X is awesome. . . and this dash cam is pretty cool as well. . . but no way for the two to connect to each other for any functionality :(.
I am using a 64GB card. . . it holds about 3 days worth of video clips for me (I drive about 2 hours a day). The bigger the better but in my case 64GB works fine for me. I only pull the card to look at the videos in the event I captured something worth looking at. Hope that helps.

You can toggle the date n time off an on in settings.
What did you use for an SD card?
