Great video, Thanks. I have stayed in NYC and driven around NYC from CT, but when you are too busy watching the traffic you don't get time to take it all in. A commentary picking out the major buildings would have been nice.
I used to take 2 loaves of cheap bread to the Battery Park, where the Citadel Cadets started the Civil War in downtown Charleston, SC, and sit on a bench in a cloud of pigeons and seagulls feeding them out of my hands. Lots of tourists took movies and pictures home....
Where do you park if there's a store right on the main street like the Starbucks. Do you park right in front of the store or there's no parking in Manhatten?
I have heard that the Grand Concorse in the Bronx was a beautiful area like this. Not as rich as this but still very nice. Apartment buildings had doormen, etc. Now it is a battle zone.

Any Samsung cellphone camera comes with Super Steadycam built in. My mirror mount shakes awful but the videos are perfect.
