JB Springs RX20 machine in action

Watch JB Springs’ ITAYA RX20 in action. The RX20 is a CNC machine which can produce torsion and tension springs and wireforms from 0.5mm up to 2mm. The new machine increases JB Springs’ range for these types of part.
In recent years, JB Springs has invested heavily in the latest technologies and boasts eleven CNC machines. These machines, with laser and camera measurement controls, cover a range of wireforms and compression, tension and torsion springs from 0.3mm up to 12mm. (The company has additional semi-automatic capacity for the production of springs in larger wire sizes as well.) New additions to the range of CNC machines are constantly being considered.

You should utilize the time of the body feed to rotate tools so you don't have overlapping time
