Thank you very much aditya. What was the ISFeff(rms)^2 value for this design at 1Mhz ? is it possible to use a matlab code for entire phase noise calculation in matlab and compare to phase noise result from cadence in a future video? by ISF(rms) I mean showing ISF and then effective ISF(multiplying with NMF) and lastly calculating RMS of effective ISF and using it in Hajmiri's phase noise equation.
hi Aditya, nice video and great insight; however, I have a doubt. Is it required to consider negative frequencies also? In the first reference, it is mentioned that ISF(nonnormalized) can be obtained by using positive bands of PXF (from cadence, index -1 to N-1 where Number of sidebands). Why should we consider negative frequencies also? Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks in advance
Great video and insights on ISF simulation using PXF. Thank you!

Yes, I think it's possible and fairly straightforward. You should try it.

We don't need negative frequencies. In the final equation note that I only use positive frequencies.
