For the first time I wrote and read from a script on a teleprompter. Personally I'm not a big fan as it felt less natural. What are your opinions please, work on getting better at scripts or go back to presenting my videos freestyle? Thanks all! -John.
Go with what works for you, sometimes there can be so much information to give out that it can be impossible without reading from notes. However, your freestyle videos and great sense of humour are what makes your channel so enjoyable, so please keep some unscripted videos coming if possible!
Freestyle first - that is what people love you for 🎉 Let others do the teleprompting. As for the fact/specs about the BS Theatre…….they are already wellknown by now.

Hi John, great to see you back on the horse so to speak, great vid as usual always nicely put together, had a wee listen over at the Harrogate store ! As we over there in Harrogate for the day ;The sound is spectacular, total joy, it's beyond next Level, it's 2/3 levels ; pure ✨ magic !!!
Another great video John, Always getting better at it. I got an early preview of the theatre in London and it's so beautiful. Images online don't do it justice that's for sure. I'd recommend playing "Beyonce - Partition" to show off the bass. Also take a look at a teleprompter that you can link your camera to and have your phone under giving you the prompts. They run around £50-60 but are really great for that smooth straight at the camera speaking.

I have to say I prefer your videos when you are looking straight at the camera and freestyling - they capture your real charm and character much better. Always great videos regardless. But still a great product description....B&O are the best when it comes to speaker sound quality.... but also an amazing visual design... 30 years from now people will ask "is this the new thing " , design wise they are typical of Danish design... Ok so it will look good for decades, but again the sound quality just can’t be found in something that doesn’t stand out by taking all the rooms, it just looks like art but are actually speakers.... if you’re looking for a wall of speakers they might not be your choice (but they had a great line of in wall mounted speakers) Anyways they are worth your time if you totally love sound quality.....
Thanks for the video. What can you comment on room calibration? Does it equalize the entire frequency range? Is it customizable? Can we import filters made with Room EQ Wizard for example? written with translator Greetings
No Problem re the video, whilst the setting up of the theatre is quite extensive Denmark will not to my knowledge allow the useof third party filters etc. please seek clarification from your local dealer.

This brand is at the top of it's game. But is obviously aimed at a specialised and high earning consumer who wouldn't bat an eyelid at paying £6000+ for a tv soundbar.

I mean, is it possible to switch through the HDMI inputs/Aux Input/Internet radio as well as change the listening modes like via the app? And is there a possibility to save different speaker settings/modes like for example only using the rear speakers to play music or only the fronts without the theatre playing? Yes you can with C and G 1 and 2 OLED panels. You can set different listening positions, move the stand, speaker groups and PUC control just like an Eclipse or Harmony. John
To Be honest I have never h listened to the Nakamichi so cant comment on the product You should lisen to both and form your own opinion. as that is all that matters in the end.

@@FactsNReason Beovision Harmony still makes a fine centre speaker and stands up by itself as a 3 channel speaker setup. If you like the wow factor of the moving speaker wings and the fact it's smaller when turned off then it's a good choice. Personally I think Beosound Theatre sounds better than Harmony, particularly if you're not using external Beolab speakers. My honest, personal choice if I was buying would be Beosound Theatre. If, like me, sound quality is your priority then go Theatre. The Beosense room calibration makes a huge difference! Hope that helps - John

I recently bought one of these in Feb 2024. It is not a good choice for playing music, as too much of the sound seems to come from the centre. The sound stage seems rather small. The situation might improve with additional speakers, raising the cost from the merely excessive to the stratospheric. The remote control is too small. It slips and slides all over the place and the tiny buttons are fiddly. There is no Mute button.
With its front facing drivers I would imagine it sounds great especially with a bang and Olufsen name but when it comes to music I think it's going to be a little bit lacking not unless you can tell me how drivers that close together can give the listener stereo imaging plus stereo separation.
WOWOWOW! just. amazing!! finally a soundbar on the market that can actually qualify as an "upgrade" from the (discontinued) Bowers & Wilkins Panorama (2)!

I own the Stage and love the sound but come on, there comes a point where it's simply ridiculous to charge this much money for something that clearly isn't worth it. That's simply taking advantage of people and I have to think I wouldn't do business with a company that does that.

The video was very informative and well cut… but I do miss the freestyles 😜

Did you not have the teleprompter in front of the camera? It was distracting how you kept looking away from the camera as you were reading.
