That John Deere green is just a sharp color.
You know it's a new world when old dogs have Instagram and a UA-cam channel. I am an old dog as well, it just amazes me how things have changed since I grew up on the family farm in North Idaho during the 80'. Incredible piece of machinery, let us know how solid it stays this year please.
I am a big fan of John Deere, I have owned a few smaller 4 wheel drive tractors with buckets, I never really had any issues with any of mine. I know some people don't care for them but it's hard to beat the green and yellow color combinations. Best of luck with it!!
I've a baby 3039R, loader, 60" mower deck, 48" brush hog. Born in NYC having the time of my life.
Hi Tim,
gettin' the loader with the skid steer quick attach was a good decision!
Using the same attachments on the skid steer and on the tractor as well gives u way more flexibility..
That definitely makes sense!
I told this idea to other people with skid steer Quick attach. Why Kabota had one that look like yours and the two upper ducktails bent. Had to buy another attachment plate and it had a piece of Metal going at the top across the two to make it more sturdy. Just weld some tube steel or pipe at the top to lock it in time .
Lookin good!!! Just watch sharp turns when ya have a heavy load in the bucket. Them front wheel bearings hate hard side loads and will give it up if too much side force is put on them. But they hold up good with weight if going straight and slight turns.
Good looking loader there Tim . Like that go pro video pretty crisp and clear . Thanks for sharing .
Tim great job ! Be safe.
The cable tie that's strapping the flexi pipes to the steel ones under the throttle foot plate needs a proper pipe clamp making as nylon straps can chafe through steel believe it or not, seen this happen on industrial plants and pinprick holes spray oil all over the place, and those steel lines will be expensive I would think. Hope this helps to ovoid any future damage.
i love that ole trailer you have... The tractor is a beauty as well Tim
Nice bit of kit
another awesome video, thanks for all the time effort and money you put in to bringing us top quality entertainment
+Ron Aaserude thank u Ron
Enjoy your new tractor. I m jealous! 😁
Nice setup! Cool shot at beginning, driving tractor over camera up onto the trailer. A good dealer makes a good tractor. Deere happens to have the best dealers and tractors:) Sharp picture from the gopro 5 too!
beautiful tractor

ratcheting binders the best kind
What does your tractor weigh in this video? Total weight w bucket, tractor, filled tires and wheel weights. Thanks.
Any idea how much dead weight do you think your loader will lift Tim? Perhaps a ton? It looks to be a tidy loader though and I think it suits the tractor.
+Dan Whiteford suppose to be 3,000 pounds
Do you have the 28” rear wheels or the 30”?
I'm partial to Allis Chalmers and Minneapolis Moline got 1 of each
Beauty!
Cotontop3 should i buy a 5065e or 5075e?
Get the 5075
hey tim how wide is the tractor at the outside of the rear wheels from outside to outside
Do you know where you will be getting your hydraulic top link? I am looking for one for a 5425, which is just like an older version of the 5085E.
+Nursery Life not sure yet. I priced them locally but I've looked online and can quite a bit better there.
Sounds good. I'll follow up with you when I see a video featuring the hydraulic top link...
Just curious what did they add to the loader pricewise for putting the skid steer plate On?
+Mike J it was less and that surprised me
How much does it cost for the wet line package and valve assembly to run a grapple. I have the same tractor and same loader.
+Hunter Olds I think it was around 1k
thank you sir
bucket forks grapple?
Beutiful Dear 🤘🏻🇺🇸
Where is your bucket and the rest of your attachments??
+David Lewis watch the other videos about my tractor. I tell that in several of those clips
man deere made a lot of changes from the 553 loader to h 240 and all look to be better
That tool box was put on by rube goldberg
The tool box and hydraulic hoses stick out really far.
did u get a front bucket
top hauler he has one he using for now
Tim it's time to pimp out the tractor lol
Cool, but you'd been better of with a used 6000 series tractor. Dunno really about the small tractors you guys have, but they seem very cheaply made yard machines. Maybe that's a thing on that side of the pond. Good luck with it anyways!
If you ever take your loader off could you make a video of it?
+andrew thomas I'll be taking it off quite a bit and I'll film it.
Thanks Tim.
Each scriber send tim a board for trailer floor🤓
+stumped LOL
Shame the hoses are made in mexico
I'm first ! lol
I'm not last..Tehee
