Forexample, they went to Congo without parliamentary approval, yet the last time they were there, they caused Us Ugandans a $325m penalty for violation of international law. Still, even when they report in our native languages, it is always clear that most of these journalists don't understand the subject; or is it because they hardly do any research when covering military matters? Again i cant emphasize its a choice they make to join the army and as such must bare responsibility that comes with that decision..
