  • In the third and final video in our Shrimp Scampi series, I demonstrate how to make Shrimp Scampi with pasta, using the same workflow you'd find in a restaurant kitchen. This builds on the simple, no pasta 'a la minute' version which focused on the process of sautéing, deglazing, and emulsifying a pan sauce ( • Restaurant Style Shrim... ), and the 'Shrimp Scampi Bruschetta' which swaps the pasta for a bread as the sauce delivery device ( • Shrimp Scampi Bruschet... ).

    Thank you Chef. Because of you, and other great YT Chefs like you, I’ve enrolled in Culinary School and start next month. I plan on using the F-STEP method during my coursework. Hopefully someday I’ll be as good as you. Keep up the great work.

    Hi chef, i made your shrimp scampi recipe and it was delicious. I made it for the family and when. I reduced it it was not enough sauce for a pound of angel hair pasta. How do you make more sauce. I tried it again without reducing the wine as much but it was not tasting right. I have started cooking because of your class and videos.Thank you so much!
