In 2018 Mike Shinoda released a solo album under his own name called Post Traumatic. It is his journey through his grief of losing Chester and his decision to keep making music and art. Mike has really reached his joy of helping others with their own music as well as still doing it for himself.
It isn't the bands doing the blocking. It is the record label doing that. The bands want people to react to their songs and music videos because that gets them new fans. Linkin Park actually told their fans if they want certain songs to actually go on Napster and get them. The songs were older songs recorded before their record deal.
Yes, the lead singer Chester Bennington sadly passed away via suicide. Soon after, his friend and another incredible person and singer Chris Cornell passed by the same measures.. I cannot tell you how much that hurts. xo

Sadly you are correct, lead singer Chester Bennington passed away in 2017, and he is dearly missed 💔 This performance is from the "Live In Texas" album/dvd. It's a spectacular concert, one of the ones I've watched the most. Two frequent recommendations from it are "A Place For My Head" and "By Myself", for good reason. That concert is from 2003. Most of the crowd are Metallica fans but Linkin Park was still able to make them into Linkin Park fans as well.
