I used synthetic oil from last 4 year in my repairing centre.. 10w30.... Daily we service 5 to 6 bikes... And in year we repairs 5 to 6 engine... So I suggested to use 10w30 API-SN grade..
Which brand has 10W30,API SN,SN start from 10W40

In Indian weather condition fully synthetic is not required, it is just a hype. Fully synthetic oil is for extreme weather conditions, it lasts for about 20 thousand km.
That's why Suzuki provides Semi synthetic engine oil ( 10 W 30 ) for access 125

Mene apni bike ka oil 20w40 semi synthetic 2500 km me change kiya hai, oil ko dekh kr lag raha h ki oil or chal jayega lubricant sahi hai. Pr risk ni le skta.

Don't use flushers. It's depend on motorcycle km . I will recommend you to use flusher only after 50k km

Yes mineral oil can be used for upto 2k to 2500 kms. Even for 180 and 150 cc bikes. Cost ka also less. Unless we don't revv hard or ride at high rpms. Engines above 200 and 250 cc needs semi synthetic oil
