Monster Pork Chops Slow Cooked and Seared on the Weber Kettle

Monster-size pork chops cooked low and slow and then seared to perfection. The Weber Kettle and Slow 'N Sear came through again today with my first cook of 2-inch thick bone-in pork chops. They were perfectly cooked, moist and tasted delicious. If you love pork, you need to grill some of these.
