these look like they litterally took the old molds from the original aventure and painted them with a more premium finish. Honestly save your money guys, these should be 50-65 at the most.
You're right actually. I still have my old Blackwargreymon figure and they are nearly identical with the new one. And I agree it should be around that price.

Where did you buy them?
I bought the Wargreymon figure in a toy store in Japan and the Metalgarurumon in a bookstore called Kinokuniya.
