Giving Metalgarurumon the Scooby Doo laugh was the best thing I have witnessed this whole day.
It's not their reboot design it's their original design from the movie were they wore a different outfit.
So no worries about any inconsistencies.

Tai and Matt's clothes are based on what they wore in Our War Game/Second part of the Digimon movie (remastered soon by Discotek)
Never would have expected a Shakespeare reference from Jobby, but I'm not complaining.
The letter on the base spelled out "Digital Monster" or "De-ji-ta-ru Mo-n-su-ta-" to be exact. It's repeated for the top and bottom row.
Who knew, this is really a scale up of the SH Figuarts, specially the Premium Color edition because that one also has the same vinyl cape and it got yellowed over time.
I love how UA-cam notifies me about channels I barely watch or forgot I was subscribed to, but even though I have your notification settings set to all, I get no notice whatsoever. I LOVE UA-cam!
Back when I watched Digimon the movie on VHS, my kid brain thought Omnimon said “SUPREME CANNON!! BONE!!”😂. Though the reveal of Omnimon was still just as beautiful, magical, and epic as ever!

Omnimon is definitley my Favourite and even tho i don't watch Digimon that often anymore, that First Movie is CLEAN!!! And Let's Kick it up is such a fitting track for that moment.

I grew up with Digimon and still enjoy some of the newer Cyber Sleuth and World games (not Survive...I'm sorry if that offends anyone) and I have to say....thank you Jobby, for calling him Omnimon :)

While I loved the Dynaction line, I gave up on the Eva figures, 01’s hip joint broke internally beyond repair, and 02 loosened up more than Kiki’s can fix.
Haven’t checked out Ultraman, but it took the “big bois” meme too far and had to sell them for space.

I honestly do not like the change, does not have that uniqueness that i like, and the zoom in really destroys the quality. Though that is just an opinion and i highy bet that it helps with your aging body by posing it or transforming without a camera infront of your BIG BOI body, but I'll just have to wait for it to grow on me.
