Chakits I think you should do a side job and let people upload tours of a home they will buy and you tell them what needs to be fixed before the final walk through I think you are good at discerning flaws in craftmanship
They always make homes with families in mind but I’m single, so all that his and hers won’t fly with me lol. I would turn one of those closets into a soundproof studio. I wish you would do real estate in Texas. We need more minds like yours. Whenever I go into a home I’m just like you. I pay attention to these things.

People keep saying oh that’s too much, dream killers. I dated a guy who I couldn’t dream with. He was bringing me down. We went to see a few models and he would get mad, punching air saying I wish I could buy you this. The theatrics when he had not planned on it. It wasn’t about him buying it for me. We could have put our money together. I found out he quit his job, lost his place and turned in his car. And wanted to live off me. I put him out. He wanted to be in the entertainment industry doing music 🤨 in his 40s. Found out he didn’t even have a diploma. He didn’t want to go to college nothing. He wanted me to do everything and hold him down because I was younger. So pretty much, struggle love so you can pursue your career. Hell no!. If I would have got the house. He would have found a way to move In. Hell no lol. God said not with my daughter you not!

I love Pardee homes with their Modern Mid Century look. The courtyard is very welcoming and nice to sit out and chill. I would definitely up grade to a 3/4 bath, still leave it a lounge but could easily be converted into a 4th bedroom if needed, better for resale value. I think one dishwasher in the kitchen would be sufficient unless you entertain on a regular basis. Whoever, came up with the idea to put a door from the Master Bedroom closet to the laundry room was genius. That would be a must have. Lovely backyard, not too big, not to small. Love the way you are so detailed going through the home. I was so happy to see you opened both sides of the refrigerator and one side of the freezer to give us a closer look. Thanks Chakits for the home tour and bonus video at the end, very informative. 🌞

ANOTHER THING TO CHECK WHEN HAVING YOUR HOME BUILT IS MAKE SURE THE DOOR HINGES ARE PUT ON RIGHT!!! PIN GOES IN FROM TOP DOWN!!! I lived in a newly built home and the pins kept falling out and for some reason they had black grease on them and the grease got all over the carpet.
I would go with a Bedroom instead of the Super Lounge. Easier to resell as families are looking for Bedrooms in my humble opinion. Rain gutters and lattice is a good idea on the entry courtyard. Why have 1 Dishwasher when you can have 2 at twice the price. So no attic and therefore there is just roof, radiant barrier, insulation, and then ceiling drywall. I would have to check that feature out before I would opt for that kind of home.
You went to play a round of golf judging by the shirt but were those guns I saw opening the fridge? I need to hit the gym. Nice house love that media room. Never have to see the kids or guest.
We agree on the two dishwasher idea . Also on the name brands they chose for the fixtures . I also feel about every home at this price should also have 2 regular sized ovens . Even if one had to be under the cooktop .

I've heard if you apply car wax to shower walls you don't get water spots. Also easier to clean. Only needs to be applied two or three times a year. What are your thoughts on this.

But we were really digging that one split level home with the kitchen on the second floor and the den downstairs. Are there smaller versions of that anywhere in Vegas?
I have never seen an exhaust fan in a room with your washer and dryer. So my question is why? My apartment has a room specifically for a washer and a dryer but I do not have an exhaust fan.

I know this post is over a year old but I still want to comment. The video appended after the house tour was quite informative. My sister lives in Vegas and based on your info, I will suggest she stay away from houses by that builder.
No 5th bedroom, the space is perfect for an office instead right next to a Media room rather than the dumb 2nd living area. The outside looks dumb with the water fountain, Its a perfect place for a hot tub..
Sheila Mahone ....had them in a state facility I worked in. Total junk. If they were suppose to hold the door they failed, and if they were released they would not let the door go. Maybe some company somewhere makes some good ones that do the job.

Pardee does a great job with the design. A side note, there's no need to upgrade outlets because Alexa can control any light in the house.
