Hello, let's say your phone is on in your pocket and later you look at it and you got messages from Whatsapp and your icon of whatsup on your home page of the phone has a small number of the icon that indicates how many messages you got. You click on the icon and read them. Where on the phone I can install so I get notifications like that icon(number on it)?
My cheapo Moto E6 ($9 on clearance) does the same thing. I prefer to just press the button. Impossible to remember all these shortcuts that they load onto phones.
I have both 2023 and 2024 g power. 2024 is much better for gaming. The increased ram is a game changer. Camera cover is the only negative I've seen. But wide angle lens makes up for it.
I put my own personalized ringtones in mine and when it rings or if I get a text or if I get an email always shows up as the ringtone I got for a text message I have the Motorola 5G 5 24 any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it so I could separate these notifications out enjoy the video thanks
Maybe you did already..but u should do a comparison video with this and the A14 everyone is ga-ga over. Walmart, on their straighttalk plan has these both..in my area anyways, for the same price..99. I couldn't pass this phone up. I really enjoyed the old MotoG Power but it was a little heavy and a major smudge and fingerprint magnet...this New version is neither..So love that. Like another comment here, the shake on flashlight is SO handy and a big selling point for me too.
Geez. My totally budget ($9) Moto E6 from 2019 does exactly the same thing. Nothing new. I'd be afraid that the screen would fly off it I shook it like that.
What is the command or 'swipe....to be working or viewing 'one screen' or app.....and then being able to swipe it aside, for another....then go right back to the first, again? thanks!
The on / off button is hard to work. I hold it off till my finger hurts. I saw the downward sweep 2 times thing and that helps. Should the sensor button shut it off? Help!
Can anyone help i just got a moto g power 2023 and everything looked great and then when i tried to move my widgets around and costumize to my liking its giving a " the desktop layout is locked" mesaage and wont let me shuffle anything around on homescreen.
Kevin, perhaps you could explain how to swipe to the left and bring up more blank home pages. Right now, when I swipe, it goes to "moto-hub". Basically, the phone is telling me there's no more room for apps on another home page. Thanks.

Just got a moto g power 5g two days ago and this video is soooo helpful! I didn't put in a sd card in at the time so if I open the tray now to put in a card will it mess anything up since it's also the sim card tray?

I'm a Moto G user but Moto's recent apps menu ■ is a bit weak compared to eg. OnePlus where it shows app icons at the bottom and you can immediately switch to eg. 4 apps ago (similar to Alt+Tab behavior on Windows or Mac)

Battery % should be enabled by default. Then shut it off if you don't want it.

Moto G Power 5G Upgraded from Moto G Power 2020 to this 2023. No issues at this point. It's got better performance and does what I need it to do.

Yes, you can go into the developer settings and change the animations to your choice.

My guy, you do not need to repeat the name of the phone between every gesture. Just once works lol
No indicator light and the battery symbol doesn't turn red when 15% or less are my biggest complaints.
