1:24 "I'm just going to take two tablespoons because unfortunately it doesn't measure in tablespoons, it measures in ounces . . . " Pro tip: there are 2 Tbsps in an ounce.
I've made this recipe countless of times now BUT tonight, i used a mixture of parm and romano cheese. Plus, roasted some chopped walnuts and peas (salt, pep, garlic powder, olive oil) until crisp to put on top And HOLY WOW. A+. You can't go wrong with this pasta recipe- no matter what you add or do to change it up
An even easier method: Boil any long pasta as you normally would, reserve some water. While the pasta is cooking add to a mug or small bowl the juice and zest of half a lemon (makes enough for 1 serving, so a whole lemon for 2 people and so on), a decent glug of olive oil, a good amount of grated Parmesan (no exact measurements here guys), salt + black pepper. Whisk together with a fork until the cheese 'melts' and it becomes a consistent sauce, you may need to add more oil or more cheese. Drain pasta and return to pot, add the sauce and some of the reserved water and stir together until it coats the pasta, adding more water if necessary. I make this all the time as a super quick, delicious weeknight meal - throw some peas or green beans in with the pasta while it cooks for extra nutrition.
This is an incredible dish! And Molly you are THE cutest! I added some broccoli rabe to the sauce and topped it with 6 oz. of roasted salmon on top and it was divine! I will make this again and again! Thank you.

Absolute winner in my house, will be making it again very very soon, thank you Molly!
Tried this tonight. Now I might have let my sauce sit too long while cooking my pasta, but I needed more lemon juice to really cut through that richness. After that, it was really, really good. Definitely worth a try.
I made this, so now I can finally comment. It was FANTASTIC. Easy and flavorful, everything I dreamt and more. Srsly everybody make this.
I just made it today too! It was heavenly!
1:24 "I'm just going to take two tablespoons because unfortunately it doesn't measure in tablespoons, it measures in ounces . . . " Pro tip: there are 2 Tbsps in an ounce.
Kinda feel like she should know this... I know this and you know this. A "chef" should, too 🤷♀️
HOW DOES SHE NOT KNOW THIS
I've made this recipe countless of times now
BUT tonight, i used a mixture of parm and romano cheese. Plus, roasted some chopped walnuts and peas (salt, pep, garlic powder, olive oil) until crisp to put on top
And HOLY WOW. A+.
You can't go wrong with this pasta recipe- no matter what you add or do to change it up
An even easier method:
Boil any long pasta as you normally would, reserve some water.
I tried this for the first time tonight (just saw the video yesterday!), and loved it. I think it would be great with seafood.
This is an incredible dish! And Molly you are THE cutest!
I added some broccoli rabe to the sauce and topped it with 6 oz. of roasted salmon on top and it was divine!
I will make this again and again! Thank you.
Molly Baz, its 6.25.20 ; was looking for a version of Lemon Pasta & yours is perfection. You are a joy to watch, at ease in your kitchen and with your ingredients in a way that only comes with innate love of food and cooking. I'm sending my 3 adult daughters to learn what I clearly missed teaching them. Thank you!
been watching BA religiously for like a year now but this was the first recipe i finally tried to make myself and it’s sooooo good!! i didn’t have a juicer on hand so i just squeezed by hand and used an extra half a lemon to make sure i was getting enough juice and it seemed to work out about right
OK I made this and it is officially the favorite pasta dish in my house. Also the sauce goes well on anything. Specially Pork.
"these noods are even more bangin’ than Cacio e Pepe." Ten roman chefs just died.
Me. I died.
This dish is so freaking good. My life is... different now... mostly cuz I’ve gained 30 pounds.
Lol...true life drama....feeling your pain....😋
Story of my life
You’re not supposed to eat all 12 ounces of pasta.

Molly is head and shoulders the best presenter on this channel. Her recipes are simple and doable by the average cook.
I just made it and I am in love... I may have messed up a lil cause my sauce disappeared as I folded in my cheese but I think it had to do with the heat. Needless to say, I live for this dish now
Just made this. It was so good! Tasted so light (even though it wasn’t). Wondering what it would be like with some garlic
You are asking the real questions
The garlic would turn green
ive made this so many times. this is dope for a single guy living alone. still sucks not having anyone to share it with tho lmao
jaysilva14 I feel you bro

This pasta is easy to make and life changing. Most requested dish in our family! Love Molly's video as well.
Molly is the cutest, just sent to my daughter in college, she loved when I made this recipe
I love how there’s a bowl right next to Molly but she’s just eating straight out of the pot😂
I’m probs the only 14 year old here but I want to be a chef and I love watching bon appetit and I’m learning loads thx for creating good stuff guys
Brad Leone: "Family meeting! Okay guys, can we -- can we not keep throwing the pasta on the ceiling? You see throwing noodles on my test kitchen ceiling ... it's kinda like a two part epoxy."
itll come of with wouder
I was looking for pasta recipes while my fresh pasta dough rests in cling-film in the kitchen and I was lucky enough to land here. I have some health problems that make butter a no-no, so I won't be cooking this. But I can remember how good almost identical dishes taste. So much so that I'm close to salivating. Molly is brilliant.
Just made this and it tastes even more delicious than it looks. 10/10 will definitely make again
Would adding garlic make this taste even more amazing?
I was thinking sauté shrimp garlic on top
Maybe, but it might overpower the lemoniness of it. Sometimes you gotta let one thing stand out strong.
I don't think so. It would hide the flavors of garlic.
If Chris approves you know it's a good one!
I'm making this tonight and I'm pretty excited about it.
Update: It's a week later, and I've made it twice.
I've made it like 6 times now.
I’ve made this 3 times already since the recipe came out, I steam salmon over water with thyme and lemon in it, and then mix the pieces in the pasta with the lemon juice 💫 it’s the best thing I’ve ever had thb
Spin the bowl, not the tongs... best tip ever! This is my fav pasta dish.
Molly ft. Claire, please!!! It will double the cuteness :)
They haven't been on speaking terms since "the incident".
Daniel Costalis what do you mean?
the video guys love molly, you can tell.
Really? I'd have guessed they were both gay. There's more testosterone in a ham sandwich.
Who doesn’t love her!!
This was absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I've made it twice, once for a family get together and again just for dinner one night. So glad I stumbled across it. I paired it with chicken piccata.
This pasta recipe is to die for!! It is now one of my favorite recipes to do. It is so lemony but oh so good!!
