    • @Erodius
      @Erodius 3 роки тому +5

      well, when making sauce which you add fat like oil or butter, you want to add it little by little and very slowly as you are whisking/stirring it. thats how the fat gets emulsified with the rest of the sauce ingredients and it doesnt seperate later. cold butter takes longer to melt down(obviously) which gives you enough time to whisk it.
      its tye same concept with adding fat little by little.
      i hope i explained it well.
      Peace!

      If you watch closely you can actually see the noodle fall down pretty much after the camera looked away, use comma and period to move 1 frame at a time if it's too fast to see. It's visible for about 2 frames just after 4:38 (right as she says "ok"), it's nearly impossible to see against the white background so look at the set of utensils above the pot and the pot itself it's easier to see at that point (it will look blurry as it's moving pretty fast)

    That lemon that has little juici and little skin can also be boiled on water for 6 min for the best digestive tea ever created so then i think people use the left over for something else, but to me that would be the almost "total" use of that lemon, for those who want to know. Everytime you eat meat and feel heavy afterwards that lemon tea will make it incredibly good for your digestive system for example :)

    If anyone wants to make this vegan it's super easy. Just use vegan butter and the pasta water as a base for the sauce. The starch in the water combined with the butter along with some vegan parm will make a nice cream sauce. I would also recommend sweating some chili and garlic in olive oil for the sauce it will bring this to another level

  • @carly5

    An even easier method:
    Boil any long pasta as you normally would, reserve some water.
    While the pasta is cooking add to a mug or small bowl the juice and zest of half a lemon (makes enough for 1 serving, so a whole lemon for 2 people and so on), a decent glug of olive oil, a good amount of grated Parmesan (no exact measurements here guys), salt + black pepper. Whisk together with a fork until the cheese 'melts' and it becomes a consistent sauce, you may need to add more oil or more cheese. Drain pasta and return to pot, add the sauce and some of the reserved water and stir together until it coats the pasta, adding more water if necessary. I make this all the time as a super quick, delicious weeknight meal - throw some peas or green beans in with the pasta while it cooks for extra nutrition.
