From my interpretation of Matthew 19:12 and 1 Corinthians 7:8-9 I’d say yes! However obviously it’s incredibly difficult the idea is that our love for God should be above our love for anything else e.g a partner especially one that is not in God’s will. Hope that helps!

I find it hard to relate to your fantasy of god! I guess you live in a bible belt region of the USA where most people have these beliefs. Second, your theological ideas are not correct. The Bible doesn't prohibit homosexuality in all situations. What it says is that God wants you to be heterosexual but if for any reason out of your control you came to be gay God wouldn't mind as accepting you as a gay person. you must get informed about the issue of homosexuality in the Bible with professional theologians that have studied the Bible correctly. It's commendable to attempt to be heterosexual but there are some people that can't do that and God will accept them correctly as gays because the Bible itself shows that the situations in which they are can't be fixed.
Remember, most people can't change or reverse their sexual orientation. So, dont lose your life attempting to change yourself if after a couple of attempts you still feel happier being gay. Statistics show majority of gays can't change. No matter if 1 Corinthians 6:9,10, says God can change them.

From my interpretation of Matthew 19:12 and 1 Corinthians 7:8-9 I’d say yes! However obviously it’s incredibly difficult the idea is that our love for God should be above our love for anything else e.g a partner especially one that is not in God’s will. Hope that helps!

I find it hard to relate to your fantasy of god! I guess you live in a bible belt region of the USA where most people have these beliefs. It then leads to people having obsessions about sin and obsessions about peoples sexuality. Good morning Heavenly father's champion I'd like to express something on this matter a lot of people have it wrong when it comes to the fact that when people are gay or love animals or want to sleep with children her father loves them okay I'm going to clarify that real quick I believe this is just my belief of course but I believe that heavenly father loves us yes but he doesn't love the fact that people are sleeping with animals no people sleeping with children no sleep man with man and woman with woman it was Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve let's get it straight now he loves you I'll say it again he loves you but he does not like the sexual act and all the dirty sinful things that are filthy in his eyes he cannot be anywhere near you he will love you but he doesn't mean he's going to choose you
How does you loving a man hurt or harm anyone else?? You can’t say that it’s because of reproduction…if that was the case then all men and women would be able to reproduce or must have children. What makes lying with a man/man or woman/woman more or less toxic that a heterosexual relationship?? Please explain
I mean it’s in the Bible. God created women for the man and our purpose was to be fruitful and multiply. God has a purpose for everything and the purpose of sex is for procreation it’s not to fulfill our own lust and fleshy desires. Gay people are not align with Gods purpose for sex- they can not procreate. It’s deemed as sexually immoral but even heterosexuals can commit sexual immorality by having sex outside of marriage and using sex to feed their flesh. A lot of people today use sex to feed their flesh gay or not and it is all sin to God.

Second, your theological ideas are not correct. The Bible doesn't prohibit homosexuality in all situations. What it says is that God wants you to be heterosexual but if for any reason out of your control you came to be gay God wouldn't mind as accepting you as a gay person.
you must get informed about the issue of homosexuality in the Bible with professional theologians that have studied the Bible correctly.
It's commendable to attempt to be heterosexual but there are some people that can't do that and God will accept them correctly as gays because the Bible itself shows that the situations in which they are can't be fixed.
Remember, most people can't change or reverse their sexual orientation. So, dont lose your life attempting to change yourself if after a couple of attempts you still feel happier being gay. Statistics show majority of gays can't change. No matter if 1 Corinthians 6:9,10, says God can change them.
