I had a drink with Roger Waters (and the rest of Pink Floyd) at a college gig in the UK shortly after they started out in the early 70's . I was in the college committee. He was a nice enough guy, but Roger seemed a bit of an oddball different from the rest of the band. there was something strange almost weird about him and the way he came over. He didn't join in the conversation like the other members of Floyd but was some what isolated in his views and thought processes. He appeared to have a very high opinion of himself. It seems he has just got worse and even more eccentric in his old age
and it was he, Waters, who devised and created the great albums of the 70s that the others got to perform and shine on and which made them famous and wealthy.
