Unfortunately, this program isn't for first time home buyers. You need experience to qualify (owned at least 1 property in the past 2 years). This loan product is actually best for experienced investors who already have a lot of properties and can't qualify for more loans.

I own 3 properties and am having trouble getting traditional financing for a 4th. Let me know if your financing is something you’d like to discuss. I’m currently only interested in buy and hold so this seems like it could be an option.
Ya, it's a lot for one video. I made some more videos about the long term rental loan program on my channel as well but can answer any questions you might have here as well.

That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing! 💰

Thanks for the feedback! I'm working on it :)

So can I get a house through hard money fix up and have bank pay hard money lender
Know I have a longer term instead of 6 months
Is this possible
You can get a hard money loan for fix and flip the property, then refinance with a long term rental loan!

Where do you want to buy the 4th property?
Why not just DSCR your initial portfolio out of the conventional financing, and then reset your 10 count?
What are your thoughts on using a hard money lender for the down payment on a rental property?
Glenn?
A lot of info punched in the face and got confused very quickly.
