Greystanes Community Living Active Support

Person Centred Active Support is a model that Greystanes Disability Services is establishing throughout the organisation and one that is particularly suited for people with disabilities who have significant support needs. Active Support includes the person with disability in daily activities like chores around the house, shopping in the community and engaging meaningfully with others.
