It gets better with time. Once the block time is over consider all the unanswered questions as incorrect and don't give yourself the extra time to do them then.

What are your views on Mehlman’s pdfs ? For step 2 , did u used it? Are they useful?

Just uworld is fine. Supplement with boards and beyond videos only if weak in a certain topic. For the most part uworld covers everything.
