I remember hearing SItaux saying that to train multitasking he played games against AI where he lamed a boar with his scout for the whole dark age while doing his build order. That's savage, but probably one of the best exercises to train multitasking.
Dam. That hurts my head just considering it. Seeing as though I have enough difficulty luring boar with vils lol I tried and couldn't get the right rhythm at all with zigzagging scout. Power to him. I'd watch that too, pros should upload their personal training vids like that . Did sitaux?
Ahhhh…. I didn’t think of being able to save at a specific point… and practice a specific thing in isolation…. Like I wanted to do that, and I was annoyed that I had to play all the way up until castle age, until I could improve at that thing, and that really bothered me…. I didn’t think I could just save it at that point, and then practice from there… this changes everything!
@@steThanos played AoE and AoE2 as a kid… and thought it would be fun to make a return, but play it proper instead. I had to stop, because it was at a time, when the Steppe Lancers were broken… I genuinely love the game! It was just tedious that I had to build up to a specific point that I wanted to focus on… and then you may as well do the build order correctly and manage the vils in the right way… but your head just gets cooked, because there’s so much new info to process. I’ve looked all over forums and mods to see, if you could practice a specific scenario, because that’s way easier… and then the answer is so simple. I feel kinda stupid now 😅
I did exactly that and it helped a lot. The thing about the matches feeling way easier is so true! One more thing is I watched every replay to check idle tc time and was shocked how much it often was - especially when I tried out new fun builds. Now I barely have time to play so I’m stuck (but happy) at around 1500
I'm kinda stuck at 1K even though I can comfortably choose unit compositions, lure boars and push deer, and it's mainly due to: 1. No idea when is the best time to make military - I can follow a build order but can't adapt in case the enemy is super passive or super aggressive 2. No clue how much military to make - is it too much? Won't I reach the next age in time? 3. No idea what to do with the army once I have it - should they always go forward, or guard? 4. No idea where to send them - am I missing a chance to raid or trade with the enemy army? 5. Always forget to scout the enemy's army I'm usually fine in early dark/feudal age and late castle/imp, the feudal/castle transition is where I lose games
I'd love to see changing behavior of the units. For example they would change their position if there is no enemy nearby like hiding their sword, sitting on the ground or they would change position to the more aggressive-nervous like putting on their helmets and drawing the swords. Just like the units in stronghold crusader. Sometimes they chill sometimes they're nervous af. Btw champion has very cool lookin helmet I'd love to see it closed and covering his face.

Survi, watching your UA-cam videos is so pleasant. The music, the narration, the gameplay...
Great video with a really good point and FANTASTIC editing!
thanks for yet another nice educational video. Looking forward to the next one!

Develop 1 TC aggresion. Practice it. It will make you better at all those army related things.
Great video as always! The problem with saving is that will work for a month or two until the next patch :) Then you have to repeat it again.
Your saves get corrupted with updates? That just happens to recs for me. Old saves, even dating back to 2020 work fine for me
damn your intro is so crispy
Why didn't I think of that. Make saves to practice different sections of the game! Thanks bro
Thanks. Didn't really think of saving game and practicing. Used go just play the whole thing out vs extreme ai to practice. And ofc the ladder grind
Love the new intro!

I tried this, i managed to kill the boar and deer with the TC and then the TC exploded.
How do u chose 6 vills for the boar without chose ing the sheep?
Select everything and then ctrl click unit portraits to remove them from the selection
classic moonlight sonata plug
Is there a video on hotkeys
Yes, Surv recently made one: ua-cam.com/video/DwmQXxwwevM/v-deo.html
can we get a short where the title is the same and its just you silently pressing H then queuing vills? maybe with a hype intro

Guys!! Stop making videos on how to improve!! 😂😂
I’ve been 1300 for 3 years and people are better now than before at 1300 it’s actually insane
i dunno my brother plays like once a week and he went from 900 to 1300 im a few months. i think its just about recognising ur mistakes.
@@ГРУППА_БЛЯДЪ to play once a week and be 1300 takes skills.
@@rickychardzz def has an alt account
I can push deer and lure boar at the same time, but am still 1000 elo :(
Try creating villagers at the same time!
I realized the only thing you need to do to reach 1000 elo is to keep making vills and use the res. Nothing fancy needed

Great video man. I'm around 1300. I will try this (not the first time I hear about it, but i have never thought About saving and loading feudal age)

same problem here. Any help would be appreciated
I think there's an option in game, but I'm not sure. Delete some replays/save games. That should free some space
Have you tried deleting saves in-game?
nice video, top quality content as usual!
