One meta exp hero I can suggest is Valentina, why? Having her as an exp laner takes it into an advantage to her passive, her passive makes her tankier if she is facing a lower level hero. So make use of her while she is in the meta.
im a valen player and yes this works IF your core is fighter/tank and your roam is a tank this will not work with assasin core and backline support roamers
Pro tip: A team should have an end game hero, sustain, and damage taker. Though I highly recommend high mobility or crowd control heroes. As an exp laner you should know when and when not to engage the enemy, when taking lord or turtle give vision and zone the enemies. As a tank you should always cc the enemy core when turt or lord health is low.
another tip always push when you have the chance(need a really good hero for this too like zilong and etc) pushing turrets can give you more chances in ganking/chasing the enemy and of course help you end the game

Your strategy is a High Risk, High Reward Strat. It certainly good to gank other lanes but try not to go away from your lane (Like going to the turtle to help jungler even tho the turtle is next Gold lane which is far), since in early since a lot of fighters can push fairly fast. (Ganking mid is good tho since it's near to ur lane and helping ur jungler take the turtle is also good if the turtle is next to ur lane.)

But only *high mobility heroes* with a lot of dash/blink skills or skills with movement speed buffs can do this like for example Chou & almost all Assassin heroes.

You forgot kiting and freeze laning .it is a must learned strat in laning phase
And mid to late game pushing turrets in opposite side of the enemy location is a good tip also .

Yes Guinevere's damage effects physical fighters. It makes them build defense items. So Picking Guinevere surely work as an advantage.

It is meant to be a feature in the game to invade jungle in the early game and the dmg reduction rn is already enough
