Another tip is to put some lightener on the foil before puting the hair down to ensure full saturation and taking the brush side to side :)

Beautiful! I doubled processed my platinum blonde for years. I bought the Sandy Beige to fill it and wanted 12N and 9CC to go copper. That will take some time but I will use this foil method in reverse, lol. I love the Sandy Beige, I will be heading to get the Honey Coral, keep my copper hair going. Is the black bowl the same one that comes with the zero time system? It looks a little different. I have to say I don’t love the bowl mine came with. I find it unstable and difficult to mix in. I’d love an alternative if you’ve found one so I could actually use the brushes😊

I would like to know where you purchased the head rest that is in your shampoo bowl?
I’m a newbie and appreciate your help, so is it correct to blow dry the hair before applying the toner? I think that’s what I heard. Thx
Hi Racquel! Demi-permanent color can be applied to damp or dry hair, so it's really a matter of preference. While applying to dry hair can sometimes help the toner to deposit more fully, Kenra Color demi-permanents can absolutely be applied at the shampoo bowl after shampooing the lightener out, saving you lots of time from having to blow-dry, apply, process, and then shampoo & condition all over again. We hope this helps!

Literally looking in my book to see which clients to use this technique on😊 I do have a couple questions...Where did you get your shampoo bowl, and do you love it? Second question, in using your direct dyes, do they come in different levels, or do you also have clear to potentially lighten them if needed? Thanks again! Xxoo
Hi Dana! While we can't answer the question about the bowl, we CAN let you know that our Creatives (Direct Dyes) only come in one color-- they can technically be used on any level to create a cast or stain onto the hair, but applying to pre-lightened hair will give the brightest, boldest effect. Ideally, you will want to lift the hair to a level 10 for bold looks. You can add Clear to brighten and customize the shade! We hope this helps!

Wow her hair is so pretty. Thats how mine looked bfore i started dying it. Now I'm paying a fortune trying to get it back to that. I shlda listened to my mom when she said leave my hair alone. I even ruined the texture of my hair and how curly it naturally was.

Hi Lynnsie! We have a Direct Dye Remover in Kenra Color that helps to lift semi-permanent color from the hair. Depending on other previous hair history and various factors, results may vary, but oftentimes they lift out beautifully. We hope this helps!
