- In 1999, the barbershop quartet Metropolis made a surprise appearance on the Agoura Hills Harmony Chorus show. Unfortunately our bass, Brian Philbin couldn't make it... at least that was the setup! Our good friend of the quartet, Dick Van Dyke was in the audience and came to the rescue by singing two numbers with Metropolis.

Dick has been a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society. He even has his own quartet THE VANTASTICS!
