This is an interesting topic. One I have had thankfully only very little involvement with. That said, although the availability, sales & logistics are all essential elements of the topic, there is also the evolution of mindset. Here in the real world of living as part of a Human Trafficking pyramid, the pre existant mindset of the PlayStation generation is more inevident than project Trigger may have been advised of. This mindset of instant available choice drives an attitude where substance abuse such as amphetamine creates a distancing from normal everyday thinking. The living in a fantasy world of neural networking, imagining that any & every thought is a military style instruction, similar to PlayStation, where real life and us humans are treated as though we are the expendable cartoon style characters of a computer game and that obtaining real life weaponry is as easy as making a computer game selection from a list of computerised options. The pressing of computerised buttons has less consequence when the computer screen user is an every day amphetamine abuser who doesn't have a realistic impression of the difference between imagined situations being played out on a screen like a game or the reality of life being life. When all they see in front of them is a game screen with a computerised list of picture options, selecting weaponry feels as important as pizza toppings. The reality of this PlayStation mindset is the absence of consideration of life's important factors such as legality. Similar to an alcoholic everyday consumer of liquid that affects his choices, the caring as to whether or not something is societally permissable seems irrelevant. The consideration of reality disappears, and life, laws, being decent people & having enough consideration to others are all just expendable emotions that could be wiped away as easy as starting another game. This is part of the reality of the PlayStation mindset where people are living amphetamine fueled lives as though other people's pain in like seeing a cartoon. The conscientiousness of ordinary people doesn't exist. Pressing computer buttons to make things difficult in the lives of the cartoon aliens on a gaming screen is the reality of how people are being treated in real life. Maybe the factors are being fed back to Interpol or maybe Interpol are assuming that those responsible of the analysis of other people's behaviour would be telling you the important things you need to know. I'm sure you're receiving feedback yet societally, the unacceptable behaviour that is part of every day life would be being improved if the analysis of Human behaviour was being interpreted more realistically.
