  • Starting the new BC series, Adam and Eve show us how we encounter and consider temptation daily just like they did. God gave them one rule out of love and knowing what’s best, "Don't eat from that tree”. However, they didn’t listen and we don’t typically either. When we choose to follow temptation, we don't trust a Father who knows what's best for us and follow our own desires. These choices lead us to death. The cure for this sin is Jesus who paid the debt of our sins for us. Luckily as believers we belong to a God who runs to save us in the midst of our sin and doesn't run away. Will you choose to trust Him? __

Your sermons are always a blessing, but I'm thinking it's not good to tell people it's OK to have one glass of wine. Some people may be able to stop at one, but others may become addicted at one. I have seen it many times. Alcohol is like a serpent, it will bite you. Stay far away from it!
