I watched a video where a young lady got shot by a "police officer" got shot by one of those so called non-lethal bullets while driving her car home. She was out after curfew, but she was going home from work. She could have killed herself and possibly others being shot like that. Rubber bullets are metal spheres or shaped metal covered in either plastic or hard rubber. They are not accurate at the distance they are supposed to be used, but they hit hard enough to break bone, damage soft tissue. Up close, where it can be aimed accurately, the rubber bullets can be deadly if they hit the right body part. either from direct damage to vital points or by causing blood clots near major arteries. Tear gas is considered chemical weapon. That is illegal for war, but legal for using in the States against civilians.

I watched a video where a young lady got shot by a "police officer" got shot by one of those so called non-lethal bullets while driving her car home. She was out after curfew, but she was going home from work. She could have killed herself and possibly others being shot like that.
Rubber bullets are metal spheres or shaped metal covered in either plastic or hard rubber. They are not accurate at the distance they are supposed to be used, but they hit hard enough to break bone, damage soft tissue. Up close, where it can be aimed accurately, the rubber bullets can be deadly if they hit the right body part. either from direct damage to vital points or by causing blood clots near major arteries.
Tear gas is considered chemical weapon. That is illegal for war, but legal for using in the States against civilians.
