Melbourne locals witnessed John Butler Trio Live At The Wireless in Federation Square. Performing songs from their hit new album Grand National as well as some old favourites, the John Butler Trio rocked Fed Square before heading off on their world tour.
The John Butler Trio is primarily an eclectic roots/jam band led by guitarist and vocalist John Butler. Two of the band's albums Three (2001) and Living 2001-2002 (2003) have gone platinum in Australia and reached the top ten of the Australian album charts in those years. The 2004 album Sunrise Over Sea debuted at number one on the Australian charts on March 15, 2004 reaching gold record status in its first week on sale. Their most recent album,Grand National was released in March 07.
I honestly and sincerely think this is one of the greatest things any human being has ever created.

Heard him play this song live one very hot summer night in Seattle at the Paramount Theater at the very very top last seat of 2807th seat with my Brother and it was one of the best nights in memory. Everything was just perfect. Well my Brother passed away 10 years ago. Everytime I listen to this song now, I'm right back there on that stufy hot Summer night and it brings a big smile to my face. RIP Bro 💙

Some guy was playing this at a party and said he just came up with it last week after everyone cheerinh and saying he was awesome i got this up on UA-cam and played it. Can't have other people taking credit for this song!!!
I have started to learn an old version of Ocean (it playes ~ 5 minites) and I can say that when you play this song, you get a musical orgasm. Unbelievable! There's God's music!
