Well….everyone is different. Some people like collecting stuff and some don’t. When we lived in Abu Dhabi and my mom had a lot of stuff but she knew how to manage and organize. Even now she lives alone and she still has a lot of stuff but she also uses everything and loves to decorate her house with new items. I am her opposite as I also moved a lot in US but always had reasonable stuff and even now in our house I keep less stuff that I can manage. So in short everyone is different and their way of living.

Back home my family always invite the ppl working outside or even beggars inside and make them sit at the dinner table and serve food. I've seen this since my childhood and now I try to do the same. We have lived in Kuwait for 26 years and then moved to Dubai after I got married. Alhumdulillah we had beautiful lavish house in Kuwait and everyone would tell us, why are yall putting in so much effort and spending on so much on a houze here when one day we will have to leave and my dad always answered that we are living our best life now so our home should also be reflective of that. We will leave when we grow old and at that time we may not have any interest or even health to have a good home. And who can guarantee tomorrow. Its all today! And I have been living by that.
