The weather still good i think for Striped Bass fishing. The floating pier or dock is good spot if you can find a space. Cowboy cove or renting a boat might be your best bet if weather permit it finding them bass. Tight lines my friend.
so many nice fish, great vid! how did you setup the trout rig? also, especially since its been so hot recently, is it still worth targeting trout? my buddies and i had no luck (we’re still beginners)
Thanks for watching! My setup is, Carolina rig with 1oz of egg sinker, 6lb mono leader, Length- 4ft when its colder weather and 18" when a bit warm. Sometimes holdover trout are still being caught in the reservoir, the place where i normally catch them is in Cowboy cove. Hope this helps and Tight lines.
@@kevino.3515 Night crawler will also work, bu you need to pump air to it to float. Power bait is what i normally used for Trout, Garlic scented Rainbow color. As of now the water is warm, Catfish or Striper might be your best bet. Tight lines.
no prob, old fashioned oats, whole kernel corn (dont add too much of the water) strawberry jello, panic bread crumbs and corn meal... mix it till its kind of wet dry let it sit for like 5 mins and make sure you use some kind of rig to hold the mist on. good luck...
Nice catches; nice weather too. High water!
It was a good weather. Thanks Ron.
Watching your videos last night made me end up at Los Vaqueros today! 👍

Nice results. Wondering if you've ever tried that Silver Minnow on the beach for Perch?
I haven't tried it yet. However, i've seen anglers used it for Stripers. Thanks for watching my friend.
