My favourite Sean Cunningham is definitely ‘Spring Break’ (1983), which has thus far only had a DVD release thru Anchor Bay. It’s about four college guys on spring break in Fort Lauderdale.
I'm so glad I saw this video. I had never heard of END OF THE LINE or SRIGALA, so I looked them up at my usual review sites and found they are both highly praised. But instead of going to Terrorvision's website, I went to Amazon, where both of those titles currently have a 20% off coupon (although only one coupon can be used per order). Since I had a couple of other things to buy at Amazon, I placed two orders with two coupons and got free shipping on both orders. The coupons brought the price down to $18 for each movie with free shipping. Whether I get slipcovers or not, I don't know, but I don't really care. Thanks for the video!!
My Kino orders have been packed with no bubble wrap or paper to prevent shifting in the box lately. Also, they have been having shipping delays on a lot of new titles. Bummer!
Just got the word that my stuff shipped today. I just got three movies: 2 Days in the Valley (Special Edition) (Blu-ray); Lust, Caution (Special Edition) (Blu-ray); and Naked Alibi (Blu-ray)
Snagged 16 titles total and plan on hitting it up again before it ends. Four 4K's Cujo, Red Dragon, Thunderbolt and Lightfoot, and The Usual Suspects. On Blu-ray After Dark My Sweet, Alien Outlaw, American Ninja 1&2, The Best Times, The Challenge, The Dark Power, Deathwish 4&5, Enter the Ninja, It: The Terror from Beyond Space, and Lorna The Exorcist. All with slips except Lorna unfortunately. Only bought 2 Criterions this sale because i hit this sale so hard.
Hey Ken. I got my Kino Lorber order today from the December sale. I got these blurays American Ninja 1 and 2, Moving Violations, The Beast, Eye of the Tiger, The Challenge, and Enter the Ninja. Also two 4ks, The Train and Red Dragon. I'm going to do another Kino Lorber order tomorrow.
Yes you wasted your money on Terminal invasion. If I remember correctly. It was a Syfy channel original movie. End of the line is really good. I have the 16 year old DVD of it. And Thunderbolt and Lightfoot is a classic Eastwood movie.
Hey Ken! I just placed my Kino Lorber order a couple days ago. I also purchased the Thunderbolt and Lightfoot 4K. I was tempted to get the American Ninja movies but I already own the previous releases from I believe Olive films. I grew up watching them many times on the TBS channel and enjoyed them when I was a kid. I have the Bronson Triple Threat Collection on blu ray that includes Death Wish 2-4 and also have the first one on 4K. I did pick up some Bronson movies from the Kino sale though.
Not that I have seen it but you know you have a collecting problem when you are buying a Friday the 13th Indonesian ripoff. A group intervention might be needed. 😆😅🤣😂
John Frankenheimer? THE DIRECTOR OF REINDEER GAMES!!! Terminal Invasion is fine for a TV movie. Entertained me enough for 84 mins. Bruce ain't in it all that much.
Ken, love your channel and I say this constructively, but I find myself fast-forwarding a lot through your videos as they are so long. Simplicity is your friend. It feels like you are going around your elbow to get to your wrist.
I'd like to think of my videos as hang outs, talking about the items that I grabbed and the reasons why I grabbed them with friends. I could go through all 12 titles in 4 minutes and just name them off, but what's the fun in that? I don't aim for the short attention span audience that's for sure and I could probably trim things a little better, but my videos are what they are. 🤷♂️
@@midlevelmedia I think of the live streams as chats with friends. It’s not a matter of attention span. I’m just saying there is a faster way to get to where you need to go. The introductions are very long. Even in the video, you mention you are talking too much. It’s your channel, you do you, and I support you and your channel. Just giving my opinion as a supporter. That’s all.
I personally enjoy the longer format videos, talking more about each movie, the release, some context…I HATE when videos are just “naming videos” Keep up the awesome work!
Ken, Whats the word on Trick or Treat from 86? Have you heard an update at all?
I thought this would be about the movie, TERRORVISION. I believe it was all one word with the movie. I learn something new all the time.
Awesome pick ups
You should do a video of your Kink Lorber recommendations
My favourite Sean Cunningham is definitely ‘Spring Break’ (1983), which has thus far only had a DVD release thru Anchor Bay. It’s about four college guys on spring break in Fort Lauderdale.
Thunderbolt & Lightfoot is one of my favorite Eastwood films. Jeff Bridges steals the show with an Oscar nominated performance

Dang Ken,
Your hair sure grew a lot in the last couple of days.🤣
Just got The Prophecy Trilogy on 4K from Vinegar Syndrome. Awesome packaging as usual.
Same and I'll be talking about that very soon!
@@midlevelmedia can’t wait
I’m interested in THE CUBE remake myself.
My Kino orders have been packed with no bubble wrap or paper to prevent shifting in the box lately. Also, they have been having shipping delays on a lot of new titles. Bummer!
Damn I thought it was the original cube finally on blu ray
I'm interested I'm Srigala. Sounds interesting. Definitely review that if you can

Did any of these have a slip cover??
"75% of what makes the movie and the release matter is the type of slipcover on it."
Are you serious or joking there?
Ken is 50% serious and 50% joking

3 Cube Movies. Cube, Cube 2: HyperCube, Cube: Zero (prequel). Just looked and there are 3 more American Ninja movies.

Some fun picks from Terror Vision! I'd love to hear what you think after you watch them!

Great Stuff! Looking forward to my first big kino haul and your thoughts on big easy. No rush 😂 I understand the watchlist gets longer and longer.
You gotta pick up Revenge of the Ninja too. Best ninja film!

I picked up American Ninja 1 and 2.
Ken you will like Thunderbolt & Lightfoot. It's a underrated Eastwood gem. Good heist movie and its Kino Lorber. What's not to love?

Right an Indonesian group lol!🤣
Damn!...I gotta get some more KINO now!
So much to buy!!!
terminal invasion…😬
John Frankenheimer? THE DIRECTOR OF REINDEER GAMES!!!

Bro watches slipcovers, not movies.
Smh

It's 15 minutes long this might be a you issue lmao
15 minutes to unbox a few movies? 10 minutes is more than effective.
