@@egguy1 there's that but then also having an E tier makes C the exact middle, I prefer when the middle is split between B and C because then there's a clearer distinction between middle of the road stuff that leans towards good and that leans towards bad, rather than just being good, medium, bad

I think that's because most grading systems in school work that way removing the E. But also, same I don't really like E tier.
