Solitary Healing is actually so good for Kafka in Pure Fiction. Give her that, and she's ulting so much it's ridiculous. I picked that one up cause I didn't need Cruising. The only Hunt characters I use are Dr. Ratio and Topaz, and I'm lucky enough to have Dr. Ratio's light cone and Topaz is using Sleep Like The Dead which I pulled a while ago.
Solitary Healing is best in slot for Kafka in Pure Fiction (because it let you spam ult, it is even better than her signature there). If Pure Fiction gives you the same amount of rewards than Abyss the it have the same value therefore it has around the same value as her signature (Signature BiS against bosses - Solitary Healing BiS against mobs/farming).
Something i didn't think about when stupidly using the undying starlight to get single pulls is that, 100 4 stars are equal to 40 pulls which is less that a quarter of a garanteed 5 star, but with 75 pulls, you get a standard 5 star light cone of your choosing. So now after wasting almost 1100 of em, I've realized how much I've watsed.
Can we know the parameter/criteria/theorycrafting source you're using as the ranking reference? I agree with a lot of them, but there are lightcones that clearly get overlooked here despite being situational BiS (like others have mentioned Kafka + Solitary Healing for Pure Fiction, On the Fall of an Aeon for general break+crit Xueyi, Night on Milky way actually being underwhelming by 5star standard bc its passive is conditional atk bonus on having many enemies, meanwhile Importance of Breakfast gives unconditional dmg bonus - better than atk so it's super good at s5 by 4star standard, just handicapped by the lower base stats vs 5stars like Milky Way)
I consolidated and averaged the rankings from 4 different websites, and the only website that ranks DHIL's sig above SI/Aeon for Clara at all was Prydwen which has it better by ~2% I don't think that constitutes large margin. But my content is mainly focused on helping new players, not optimizing fringe scenarios for experts, there's thousands of bigger channels that already exist for that.
me using fermata and its showtime because they were the best f2p options for some of my characters. also, isnt a 5 star LC equivalent to 33ish pulls, since the 30 pulls give the currency back to buy even more pulls as well.
I played since the game launched and i completed the simulated universe every week. I finally got all the Herta shop lightcones s5 and now i will save up for the next one.
I'd argue texture is bis f2p option for fu xuan. I've gotten better results with texture than gepard lc. The extra shield provided by texture also helps in tanking the transferred dmg and helps keeping fu alive. Also from MoC store what is real is probably bis for Gallagher
Third best LC for seele and best free-to-play (F2P) LC for seele is a very different statement Cruising into the Stellar Sea is one of the best F2P LC for almost every Hunt character ,16% crit rate is a very big stats boost and it also give atk% when u defeat a enemy and Aeon LC(destruction LC) is good ,but some of the 4 star lc is much better than it in my opinion and the reason why u can't find info about Which lc is good is because 11 months ago a bunch of CC already make a lot of guide talking about which lc is the better value and those Guide got buried under a bunch of others guides so its quite hard to find it so i appreciate the guide for new player so they know there is a bunch of free 5 star lc on herta shop

On the fall of an Aeon is BIS for Xueyi. Also Dance dance dance is usually better than But the battle isn't over on Tingyun, but both LC are viable.
S5 Misha Light Cone is better for Xueyi now because it lets her hit both Crit and Break Effect thresholds way easier, but with perfect relics Aeon ends up being better.
its showtime is #5 for black swan but is only 3-4% worse at r5 than the other 4*s (#3 and #4) which are all gacha only, flames afar is #3 on blade and is only 3% worse at r5 than r5 secret vow which is gacha only
You always get tickets if you're f2p, its not even a question, the game isn't hard enough for you to need any of those weapons, you're losing out on a ton of limited characters/light cones in the long run for standard lightcones that are gonna get power creept by future 4 star lightcones/5 star herta lightcones. I mean do whatever the hell you want, just keep in mind you're missing out on new characters that bring new gameplay to the table for a borderline worthless upgrade to your current characters.
i would say that It's Showtime is a good and funny option for Black Swan (for some reason when i use it on her i see like an infinite amount of dmg boost pop up, i think its a visual bug but its funny still)

To be honest I use undying starlight to pull for weapon banners of characters that I really like/want especially now with the current trend of strong characters having no real good use for this 5 star light cone. Example DHIL and JL don't really utilize Clara light cone very well but if I save enough I can try to get their light cone with the undying starlight and some extra pulls.
Only mentioning 3rd BIS or better is kind of useless when talking about 4* light cones imo. 5* Light Cones are few and far between, other than the Herta store ones and random ones from the standard banner, many people won't have them. Bronya is one that I'd advice to buy without hesitation, but that's about it. Himeko's cone is really good if you get it randomly, but having Cosmos, Geniuses' Repose, Breakfast, or even Birth of the Self, it's not needed so much as to justify giving up on 30 pulls that could go for either a new op character, or a signature limited cone, there's more than enough options to build a perfectly capable Himeko/Herta team for pure fiction. And the same goes for most of them.
I gambled and got acheron lc at 40 pity (im f2p) so i wonder if it would do to make up for it by buying wishes instead of bronya lc in the shop ... i mean obv acheron lc has much more value then bronya lc
Youll eventually get those lc on standard banner/lose 50-50 anyways so.. but if u need those standard lc rn, you do you. Cos in my case i have s3 bronya lc and s2 gepard lc 😅
