- Ride a bike for 24 hours. Sounds pretty simple, but there’s a whole lot of resilience needed on the part of the riders as well as the machine involved. That didn’t slow the Harley-Davidson boys at Hero MotoCorp even a little bit. They already took the Pan America to the highest dirt road in the world. And they decided, naturally, that maximum distance in 24 hours was the logical way to welcome the new Sportster S to India. Hero’s Global Centre for Innovation & Technology at Jaipur, the R&D centre had the oval track required to do the 24-hour test and a plan was hatched. The riders would be Vijay Thomas from Harley, Malo Le Masson from Hero, racer and Indian custom motorcycle legend Vijay Singh, car racer and Harley rider Anushriya Gulati and our own Shumi. Then had to ride. Here’s what happened next.
The Harley-Davidson Sportster S is equipped with a 121hp, 125Nm 1252cc V-Twin engine mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

I guess what distance could’ve been achieved with the might Hayabusa with the Japanese reliability! Amazing team work and proper riding techniques are displayed here. Motorcycles are more than just machines, it’s a beautiful science. And these guys just unlocked a whole new level of motorcycling experience. I wish I could be a part of their team next time ❤️

I am a former National Record Holder covered a distance of 2308kms in 24hrs by Individual on National Highway not closed environment on my Duke 390. Here I have to manage everything all by myself.
Imagine If was given a Team like yours and Bike like this ... or Any bigger bike.. I would have done even more better..
I am ready to break this Record. All I request is bike of my choice and Team like yours.
Now that's an achievement. What you accomplished is INSANE! I wonder how much you can do with a team and facility like this.

This has to be tbe craziest thing done by any Automobile Channel atleast here in India. 24 hrs straight on a Harley. Btw maybe you guys should do a video on the bike as well atleast the mods for this specific challenge, couldn't have been the stock bike for sure and the legendary Harley heating. Damn that was amazing 👍👍👍

What an absolute beauty! The machine as well as the achievement!! Have been a huge fan of your work - but this was serendipitous timing. Watched this video hours before embarking on an enduro trip myself. Drove from Kolkata to Mumbai on my Duster (2017,Petrol,MT). Chose tarmac over distance - so first night at Vizag and second at Hyd. Drove into Mumbai an hour back. About 2400 kms, 34 hours moving time, unfortunately just 1 driver :)

A production, road legal motorcycle that didn't received any RnD in terms of motorsport like the LMP1s in WEC, being this reliable now seem highly impressive.
This is about the power of a team working together to achieve something great, and to be honest the actual situations can be seen in the video that riders are struggling and at the same time they have that grunt to make that happen. Incredible, just way too awesome.. I have watched something like this for the first time in my life and it gave me goosebumps. Right from the start till the end.. Some sort of energy surge happening even now just by thinking of it.

Congratulations to entire team and the machine. After watching this I remembered the endurance run done by kinetic Honda in 1990s? It was done at sarasbag Pune..... Couldn't remember other details km or hrs....
But it was a Guinness record.
Not only is this an amazing feat in itself it is also a matter of pride that we as Indians have got this capability and strength to endure...I had a biiiiiig smile watching this whole show.....
