So true, we are also travelers and one thing we made sure to do in our rentals here in Costa Rica was put in good mattresses and make the bedroom comfortable and efficient
How important are dressers in the bedroom? We have a small bedroom and would like to add a King mattress, but dressers will not fit. Although we could add luggage racks with a couple of floating shelves above. We do have a closet, but that's pretty small as well. Appreciate any feedback! PS - thanks for this video!
Hi Sean ! I’ve been binge watching your videos . I am a beginner who just barely got my feet wet with short term rentals. I made a LLC and did some of the first steps . However it got intimidating because I have no idea what I’m doing or even the terminology of things . Do you coach ppl like me who have no idea what to do or where to even start ? Lol
Honestly I am in my 2 nd year as a Superhost with 53 5 Star reviews 3/2 with heated pool and I got no bookings after January 6 th . I am also in full season here in South Florida so I am literally clueless on what can I possibly do to turn this around 🤷♀️My place is very colorful and quite different.
I did just that spontaneously from the beginning... but I was wondering, would a photo of the bedroom be a good idea as photo #1 on a listing ? (Although the main room is great !)
I'm going to be adding 43" Samsung Smart Tv's to my king bedrooms to see if it increases bookings at this time of the year as we are slowing the midwest. Have you tried this and had any success with it?
I'm quite biased against TVs in the bedroom due to personal lifestyle, but I know some people really want a tv near the bed. I dont have my own data though
