Whisky .com reviews the Caol Ila unpeated 17 years. Once a year Caol Ila produced an unpeated whisky for the blending whiksy industry. This is the oldest unpeated bottling from the Caol Ila Distillery.
The nose:
Smoke, vanilla, toffee, orange, tangerine, fruity
The taste:
Sweet, ginger, salt, herbal spiciness
The finish:
Medium
