I like the old I'll haircut without the extra dye. The dye makes them haircut look like a toupee or a cartoon character. Better to wash Dye the whole head and dry before the haircut. That will make the lineup better without the toupee/ cartoonist look. Only was need that toupee look is people that got a jacked up hairline already.

You could have givin him a natural lineup and he already has a good hairline underneath. No need to do a tapered hairline. Then you gotta spray to hide the disconnection.
