i have social anxiety if u don't know what that is:So I can't speak with strangers or with people any other people just with persons I really trust and I can't look in other peoples eyes when I speak with them so they always say to me why don't you speak and they sometimes laugh at me because I don't speak with anyone and thats why I don't have any friends

Don't let people tell you, you can't leave a convo like that. Because it's your soul asking for safety, rest, instead of judgement.
