I have to give L'eau D'Issey Issey Miyake another shot man.
And my wife does the same thing. I've worn so many fragrances around her multiple times and she has different reactions to them. She'll smell a fragrance and say it's terrible, but smell the same fragrance weeks or months later and want to steal my bottle, so I can relate to your annoyance 😂

L’Instant de Guerlain EDT, Terre d’Hermes, and H24 will be my go to this spring. May also add Guerlain Nerolia Vetiver since it was surprisingly good.

@@HandsomeSmellsI think you will really love L’Instant de Guerlain. I highly recommend trying it. It is super elegant and somehow smells French and Middle Eastern at the same time.
I had the eau extreme version, wore it on my graduation in fact. Will deffo seek out the edt, sounds like my kind of thing from your description!
Hahah that Issey miyake story was just great ! Because of this video Iv just went back to resisting my huge 200ml of it that I have in my collection that I haven’t smelt in a real while I got of a partial 180ml all the way back in 2018 (probs like 100ml left of it now) and really makes you think that we often really forget the older fragrances and that they smell way better than most today’s releases I was stunned by trying it again as if it was the first time ! Also have and absolutely love the 2013 summer kiwi edition of leau d’issey that I’m savouring! Been watching you for years you was one of the top 5 people I discovered when watching reviews back in the good times!
Glad you enjoyed the story! Yep I'm feeling the same, I'm rediscovering so to speak some of my older fragrances in my collection (and I'm even re-buying fragrances I sold just a couple of years ago), and like you I'm amazed at how good they are compared to new releases.
