You worded it fine LOL... The thing is she also eats a NO CARBS, clean and high protein diet.... If you eat like that, you don't consume enough fat for it to be massive muscles. If you look at her, she has a bit of lean muscle mass. Some people also have a higher metabolism than others. I personally am at the lower end of the BMI range and eat TONS of terrible stuff so it's not impossible. Not all skinny people starve themselves but I get your point!
