Nice way to start a new adventure into squatchin, bringing people from all walks of life to camp out with you! I love the idea. I already had my own camp out with my son and his wife almost 3 yrs ago. It was quite fearful for me even tho they didn't cause me any problems, just let me know loudly at 3am they were there by cracking 3 trees around our camp. I almost chickened out and went home but my son put a light above my tent for me and they stayed away after that. I ended up staying a week and I'm so glad I did. I have wonderful memories now and sadly, my son took his life last July 3rd. I miss him beyond anything I can tell you. Never ever take anyone for granted and always love them like it's the last chance you'll have, because it could be 😢 I'm in SW Pennsylvania in the Chestnut ridge area.
I’m so sorry Teresa, that’s awful! My father took his life a few years back suicide is a hard one to deal with , I feel for ya! Yes you will have those memories forever now , I’m so happy you stayed out there for so long, the Sasquatch avoid lights and inferred like the plague. Your son knew his stuff! My prayers are with you and your family !
