The only differences I can tell is more filters on the vocals and guitar, and a more erratic and exciting drum beat.

this makes me miss having rock on the airwaves back in the day. these days, especially for my generation, rap, trap, and generic pop music is really the only game in town for music. it's all I hear at parties, and even though I like genres like rap, I just wish people in my generation would be willing to appreciate rock music better.

-Autotune on Brandons Voice in the Chorus
-Instruments are more Raw (less mixed and quiter)
-Bass is more Crunchy and dominant
-Drums are slightly different

The reason this song is so great all these years later, is because it had become a timeless song for break ups, jealousy, insecurity, love, etc. Its a happy relationship song, an "I like someone but they dont like me" song, while also being a sad break up song.
