Aw man. I really felt that when the connector broke. I've had this happen so many times, and it's so frustrating. Great recovery, though. Excellent video!
Hello Johnny, Good video and great to see the thumb is looking better... I am sure this video will be watched many time by people faced with the same problem... I hope all is tickety boo with you and I hope we see lots more videos in 2024. Take care. Paul,,
I've done a few of these myself and know how fidly it can be...pity I didn't have this video to refer to. If you have any more gadget type repairs to do, get them on the channel, they may just help someone like me. I like the way you learn as you go, helping us to understand the process. Keep up the good work, and thank you. P.s. I enjoyed the TR6 series too.
What a cliff hanger at the end , gald it worked out , btw have you thought of using veg oil or used car oil in your diesel heater I've seen someone on youtube do that and then clean out the filter now and then but you never really know how legit some of these vds are , cheers.
Ive tried!!! its become really hard to get hold of unless you live rurally, I even considered making one of those waste engine oil heaters. Ive got access to loads of that but its a bit messy

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your comment. There was a moment off-screen where I really flipped out when I broke the tags 😂 But I got there in the end
Great to see you back with a new video.
Thanks Artemus.
I'm always lurking somewhere on youtube 😆

I have thought about veg using veg oil but feel kind of embarrassed to ask at the local chippy.
Hi Johnny go get yourself some red diesel for that work shop much cheaper 👍 great to see you doing them little jobs

So what happened to your Tr6 ? I really enjoyed that series…
Hi George,
I managed to sell it in the end but it took a while as the classic car trade has bottomed out
Same in Canada . TR6 values are really low . Very difficult to cover restoration costs . Regards…..
