Yo Jack, Most characters have their own storyline, I suggest you pick one character, say cindy, and then follow through with everything they tell you to do. Keep track of things you need and how to get them. For example, if nugget wants the magnifying glass out of the cubby, you need to either become Jerome's friend very early in the morning so he can distract the teacher, or drug the teacher so that she wont care when you take it. Pick one story line and stick with it for the day, and you will get on of those important items that stick with you that opens up more story-lines. I think Cindy's is the easiest.
P.S. fast progressing the day usually means you wont have enough time to get all the required items, so if you need money, also try to keep track of exactly how much you need for the entire day and start off with that much.

Just try following one persons mission,talk to them insted of wasting apples (which btw give you extra money,the money doesn't come from the piggybank) when you are doing someone's quest focus on talking to mostly only them(unless you need to talk to others to finish the quest) and don't be afraid to do something that seems bad (like go see the principal or something) cause you can find out a lot of stuff from situations like that. Since I don't want to spoil anything I feel like you should either look up the game but not go too deep in it,or just check out your hints in the menu and follow them

Jack the objects that are blackened can only be obtained if you do each character's individual missions. Cindy, Jerome, and Ms Applegate don't require an item. Buggs needs the item from Ms Applegate's mission. Nugget needs the item from Cindy's mission. Monty needs the item from Jerome's mission. And Lily needs the items from the missions of Buggs', Monty's, and Nugget's mission.

In the morning you can withdraw money from your piggy bank, which has a maximum of $10. In each room you get five apples which basically represent time. You can use apples to do actions that progress through a character's storyline or to get money (each apple is worth $0.25) To go through some character's storylines (such as Lily or Buggs) you have to have items from other storylines. The special items you get on each character's storyline go on the shelves next to the piggy bank once you get them. The hints you get help progress through each character's storyline. That's pretty much all the technical stuff you need to know. BTW I love this series ^-^

To do one of Gerome's missions you gotta buy a yo-yo and a screwdriver from monty then in morning time give Gerome the yo-yo which he will then ask you to get his laser-pen he'll give you a hall pass and distract the teacher so you can walk out the door give the hall guy your pass and you then walk into the Janitors closet (one next to the bathrooms) go to the shelf with the box that says "stolen stuff" then go to the leg of the shelf and you'll have an option to unscrew the shelf,the box will slide down and you gotta grab the lazer-pen if the bell rings run out the door as fast as you can before the janitor comes, at dinner time you'll try to give genome his pen but the janitor notices his laser pen is gone, hide the pen in the trash then wait, after that pay the dinner-lady to let you go to the bathroom to get the pen back,when it's outside time monty will give you a bomb which he'll tell you to put behind the janitor, let them do the rest.

Jack, you need to look at the hints! Every character has a mission you need to do to actually finish the game, and the hints help you do that. Some of the missions require special items from other character's missions so pay attention to that
Jack the two easiest missions are to listen to everything Cindy says, and everything Nugget says. Nugget will have you collect five or so nuggets for something interesting to happen. Another easy one is to bring $3 to school. After a little event happens, talk to the teacher and do a mission for her. Those three missions should give you enough hints to do some harder missions. :)
Jack please read in this game its always Monday and there are many different outcome to the end in each day you have to choose the quest you want to do via the hints they are very helpful and apples are used for special things you say to people and to end the period you use apples for money that's how you get the big bills
There are soooo many secrets to find in this game take some time and dink around off camera, but try to do one line of story at a time so you don't waste apples.
It's the same with every game requiring strategy, I stopped watching Papers Please! for the same reason. Great guy but he's not meant for things involving logic.

To do one of Gerome's missions you gotta buy a yo-yo and a screwdriver from monty then in morning time give Gerome the yo-yo which he will then ask you to get his laser-pen he'll give you a hall pass and distract the teacher so you can walk out the door give the hall guy your pass and you then walk into the Janitors closet (one next to the bathrooms) go to the shelf with the box that says "stolen stuff" then go to the leg of the shelf and you'll have an option to unscrew the shelf,the box will slide down and you gotta grab the lazer-pen if the bell rings run out the door as fast as you can before the janitor comes, at dinner time you'll try to give genome his pen but the janitor notices his laser pen is gone, hide the pen in the trash then wait, after that pay the dinner-lady to let you go to the bathroom to get the pen back,when it's outside time monty will give you a bomb which he'll tell you to put behind the janitor, let them do the rest.

Jack, you need to look at the hints! Every character has a mission you need to do to actually finish the game, and the hints help you do that.
Some of the missions require special items from other character's missions so pay attention to that

Jack the two easiest missions are to listen to everything Cindy says, and everything Nugget says. Nugget will have you collect five or so nuggets for something interesting to happen.
Another easy one is to bring $3 to school. After a little event happens, talk to the teacher and do a mission for her. Those three missions should give you enough hints to do some harder missions. :)
you need Cindy's flower for nugget's mission to work. Cindy's, Miss Bouncyapples, and Jerome's missions can be done without any special items.

Jack please read in this game its always Monday and there are many different outcome to the end in each day you have to choose the quest you want to do via the hints they are very helpful and apples are used for special things you say to people and to end the period you use apples for money that's how you get the big bills
