Just report and share ALL these FAKE GURUS’ profiles, videos, and ads to the IRS (and possibly the FTC and SEC)...to keep them under the IRS’ radar to ensure they pay their fair sure of taxes. REAL rich people don’t need to share off but instead are always trying to protect and hide their assets rather than CREATE COMPETITION and THREATS to their financial pie.

Great video. Not only do we have problems with scammers, we have many of what I call 'exaggeraters'. So many UA-camrs claiming they have ways you can make money online, only to be something that millions of others are doing as well. It is only when you drill deeper we see that there are multiple layers of additional skills you need to learn and many tools that cost $$$$, plus a ton of commitment, hard work, intelligence and luck. In the meantime, these UA-camrs often have courses you can sign up for, and earn a stack of money with their many money making videos. But the reality is that less than 4% of UA-camrs make money. The rest of us are often wasting a lot of time and money chasing a dream that never eventuates, but validate these UA-camrs with praise and compliments for their wisdom.
I love that people selling programs to make incredible wealth with their "system" have already made so much wealth themselves that they decide to "retire". They woke up one day with a altruistic desire to help people become wealthy like them - such good people!

That's why a lot of investors still go to the US market or at least pick to invest in country with less volatility. I don't know how easy it is for the average person to buy into the US market. All I know it is pretty easy for US citizens with etraders and apps like robinhood, webull, or finance M1.

I also had this one lady who called me about investing platforms , how easy it is to get rich in a short while ... they even give you money to start. My first question was if she was working for the firm ? yes ... and then i asked her if it was so easy why is she still working for a boss ... she ended the call !!

There was this poor old woman that lived down the street that fell for every single scam that came her way. It got to the point she mortgaged her house, and was walking up and down the street asking for money to spend on an obvious scam. She literally came to our door and asked for like $200 for a Nigerian prince, and no amount of talking to her could convince her otherwise. She ended up losing her house and what must of been a god send neighbor took her in. I just wish that her family could of got her either committed or put into a conservatorship or something before it was too late.

The scams may seem too obvious to be fake but there are still so many of us falling as victims. Interestingly when we get scammed things seem too convincing until we find out their true intentions and it's only then when we realize how gullible we can be

My mother in law, has been completed brainwashed by imvestment scams. Until today, my mother in law, is up before dawn speaking to people around the world, whom promose her shit she will never get. The pump and dump reminds me of the Howard The Duck #1 shortage. It became wildly popular in the late 70's and early 80's. The comic was rare due to major comics dealer hoarding all of them(unknown to fans at the time) and selling ones that were found at inflated prices. Some years later, the value plummeted as the same dealer "found" a large stock of them

The story was that a classified advertisement would appear in the newspaper asking you to send a money order for one pound to a box office to get the secret to becoming rich. You would then get a reply saying, ‘Do what I have done.’

People definitely need to be careful and outrageous promises are exactly that but some things online that are offered are legitimate. Not everything is a scam, somethings are beneficial. But most things are not good for people and those should definitely be avoided if it doesn’t make reasonable sense

My impression is that students are typically taught unwise and short term techniques.
Please look at the conflict of interest chain...schools dont teach good things like financial literacy to students bcoz...schools are controlled by govt...well govt is funded by corporates ..well elections donations are received by political parties from corporates...then corporates earn money by making people spend....well now you can connect the circle..they will never allow schools to teach money management.

The scams may seem too obvious to be fake but there are still so many of us falling as victims. Interestingly when we get scammed things seem too convincing until we find out their true intentions and it's only then when we realize how gullible we can be

One thing i have learned is to never outsource your financial freedom to someone else. Why would someone make an effort to make you rich? Do your own research from legitimate sources it's your own responsibility to become financially free.

My mother in law, has been completed brainwashed by imvestment scams. Until today, my mother in law, is up before dawn speaking to people around the world, whom promose her shit she will never get. I have tried to get her out, ive called the RCMP, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING MUCH THEY CAN DO. I REPORTED THE MAIN PEOPLE SHE SPEAKS TO DAILY, BUT THEY SAID IT IS THE HARDEST THING TO GET THESE PEOPLE.

The pump and dump reminds me of the Howard The Duck #1 shortage. It became wildly popular in the late 70's and early 80's. The comic was rare due to major comics dealer hoarding all of them(unknown to fans at the time) and selling ones that were found at inflated prices. Some years later, the value plummeted as the same dealer "found" a large stock of them
the easiest way to avoid scammers is: ARE THEY REGULATED... if NOT, then no matter what they do or offer, don't invest with them.

The story was that a classified advertisement would appear in the newspaper asking you to send a money order for one pound to a box office to get the secret to becoming rich. You would then get a reply saying, ‘Do what I have done.’
Reminds me of doge coin. People with no idea what they're doing bought worthless crypto with the idea that if they bought it together then it would go up and stay up in value.

Good video -Always good to go over basics. I have a perverse respect for Bernie Madoff - most Ponzi schemes collapse within years...Bernie made his last 20 years - remarkable run. The skill of acquiring new clients to pay existing at the interest rates promised is no small task.
Partly it was because the returns were good, but not off-the-scale good, just a bit better than legitimate investments.
